Ge\u00dfner Aufstellungen teaches and practices as a private training institute: systemic-phenomenological constellation work, Life Integration Process (LIP according to Nelles) and counseling. In the spirit of pastoral care and general life counseling, they shed light on people’s relationships with themselves, with other people, and with the world.<\/p>\n

In their practice and teaching, they make essential aspects of the relationship systems examined, their history, and the orders and forces at work within them visible, understandable, and changeable. To this end, they offer open seminars, training courses, workshops, and individual appointments. They also publish books, essays, blog articles, podcasts, and videos related to their field of expertise.<\/p>\n

Systemic-phenomenological constellation work, Life Integration Process (LIP according to Nelles) and counselling are not psychotherapy and are no substitute for necessary medical or healing treatments. They are always carried out at the request and on the responsibility of the client or participant, without any subsequent claims arising.<\/p>\n

A place in a seminar or training course requires registration using the registration form and is only binding once the participation fee has been transferred to the account specified in the announcement.<\/p>\n

Unless other deadlines are specified in the respective announcement, the following applies: if cancellation is made later than four weeks before the start of the event, the participants who cancel will be refunded their participation fee minus a processing fee of 10%. If cancellation is made later than two weeks before the start, half of the fee will be retained; if cancellation is made later than 48 hours before the start, the full price will be retained.<\/p>\n

However, if the participant finds a replacement in consultation with Ge\u00dfner Aufstellungen, no further costs will be incurred. If an event cannot take place for operational or health reasons on the part of Ge\u00dfner Aufstellungen, registered participants will receive a full refund of their participation fee without delay. No further claims can be made.<\/p>\n

Participation in Ge\u00dfner Aufstellungen seminars and training courses enables all participants to gain insights into fundamental dynamics of their own lives, their families, and other social systems. Therefore, respectful behavior toward all participants and confidentiality are mandatory. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the loss of the right to participate without entitlement to a refund of any participation fees already paid.<\/p>\n

Individual appointments are considered binding once they have been confirmed by email or letter and a billing address has been provided. Only in special cases where written confirmation is not possible will a telephone agreement be valid.<\/p>\n

If someone is unable to attend an agreed individual appointment for serious reasons, they must send a message to this effect at least 48 hours in advance, for example by email. In this case, no cancellation fees will be charged. For cancellations later than 48 hours before the agreed appointment, a flat-rate cancellation fee equal to the current equivalent value of a consultation hour will be charged by invoice.<\/p>\n
