I see that every human being has everything they need to live. Otherwise, they would no longer be here. I see that the present moment has everything we need. Otherwise, we would also no longer be here. Both are the same.

I see that other people, like myself, begin to suffer and lose strength when we refuse to accept life as it is taking shape within us, with us and through us.

I see how suffering diminishes or ceases altogether when one begins to follow the vitality within oneself, when one begins to surrender to life without knowing where it will lead. I see how it carries us, from moment to moment.

I see that life simply happens, without us being able to do anything decisive for or against it. It happens in us, with us and through us, without asking us. It happens in the vitality of each individual.

I see how life is for us. It throws things at our feet that challenge our vitality or, in other words, cry out for a solution. In this way, it causes us to follow our own vitality in ever new ways.

I see crises, conflicts and symptoms as signposts of life. They lead us to areas of our vitality that were previously inaccessible to us. In this way, life makes us whole. In this, it appears relentless and friendly at the same time.

III

I see that other people, like myself, are an expression of love, however blind or hidden it may be. Whenever I have been able to look closely at individual people, I have never found any motive other than love.

I see that there is nothing wrong with other people or with myself. Everything we do, feel or think happens deep down out of love, even if our own feelings, the judgements of others or even a collective world view seem to contradict this.

I see how life does not cease to take shape through our being. It pushes through me and others into a new and unique form or task. If we follow this, we are well, we have strength and peace with ourselves.

There is nothing to do but surrender to life.
