• how “trauma“ embodies itself within us and how to own its power;
• how our consciousness influences whether we suffer or enjoy life;
• how we distinguish clearly between the present and the past, rescue and healing,
• how life unfolds through us when we allow it to happen.

Often, things begin to make sense when we are bold enough to look at the unconscious love involved.
