Working with individual constellations Individual constellations work in a similar way to ‘normal’ system, symptom, supervision or organisational constellations with representatives. The difference is that we use ground anchors, constellation figures and sometimes the imagination directly. When working with floor anchors, I go through the representations one by one and report back to you what is happening there. You can then enter the constellation yourself and feel what it is about. When working with figures, we sit at a table and place the figures on the table and empathise with them. Your imagination allows the constellation to take place in your mind. It is just as effective as the other methods.

Background The background to my working method: it is always about spatially representing a question or problem with everything that belongs to it and following its development. I listen to you and take your situation as it is. Together, with the help of the constellation, we look at where it wants to take us. I encourage you to change your perspective: your problem is not your enemy, no matter how much fear, anger and pain it may cause. Your problem is a signpost to areas of your life where you obviously need to go – otherwise you wouldn’t have it. What’s more, your problem is the vehicle for an appropriate solution, and the only one. It wants to enable you to grow and bring you closer to your true self.

Working Alliance For this challenge I offer you the following working alliance: You take your own inner steps at your own pace and according to your own needs. I will provide the space for you to do this and will guide you with my professional resources and experience as needed. This is an equal process between adults. I treat you with respect, mindfulness and empathy. I trust completely in the present moment without following preconceived ideas (phenomenological approach). You are protected by confidentiality and a special focus on your own rhythm and pace.
