We welcome people who work with people in their profession, for example in constellation work and counselling, therapy and pastoral care, supervision and coaching, medicine and nursing, school and teaching, justice and social pedagogy, trade and services, and much more. – Maximum 15 participants –

You can expect a combination of supervision and constellation seminars with training content on the practical application of the Life Integration Process (LIP according to Nelles) and on the theory of phenomenological psychology and constellation work.

The supervision weekends in 2025 or 2026 can be booked together as a training series or individually. They are recognised as further training by the State Administration Office of Saxony-Anhalt (LVA) and a certificate of further training is issued.

Participants can bring cases, topics or questions from their professional lives to the constellation. This allows them to come into contact with the active systemic connections and the associated physical and emotional dynamics. The relevant patterns and attitudes become apparent, and things often become clearer and easier.
