Some basic examples of the impact of systemic organisational development to begin with: The war between two departments after the last reorganisation comes to an end because their tasks are now valued differently. A brand that had almost disappeared from the market is given a new lease of life because its target groups are suddenly in focus. Years of resistance from a local authority is transformed into support because it is suddenly seen as a resource for the business. The junior manager, previously unhappy in his role, gains considerable strength and, above all, the trust of his staff, because he has learned to see the achievements of the company’s founder in a new light.

Systemic organisational development observes that unconscious organisational laws such as balance, temporal order and belonging are at work in most entrepreneurial or institutional difficulties. They form an invisible system of forces in the background. They assert themselves inexorably, completely independent of individual efforts. Managers and teams gain significant effectiveness and freedom when they include these forces in their decisions.
In systemic organisational development I primarily work with organisational constellations. These accurately reflect the situation and inner dynamics of a company, institution or team. They provide a quick and easy insight into important unconscious connections between departments, employees, tasks, brands, customer groups, etc. You can see with your own eyes, on a solid basis, what needs to be done. The important thing is that you remain the fully responsible decision-maker. What you do with the insights you gain from Systemic Organisational Development is entirely up to you.
