Through my constellation and counselling work, I support individuals who wish to develop a deeper connection with their lives. This is often prompted by current symptoms, crises or conflicts. Together, we explore what these challenges represent and why they seem so inescapable.

It seems that we grow when we confront our difficulties and ‘patterns’ head on, rather than fighting them. My work is therefore oriented towards the respective internal and external circumstances of life, the facts. The focus is on identifying them clearly. Turning towards what is creates a fundamental spirituality. I rejoice in life, the present moment and the immediate.

In addition to my practical consulting and teaching activities, I am fascinated by how we live inwardly as people in the world and with ourselves. This “how” I call consciousness. It seems to play a key role in whether we enjoy our lives more or suffer more, whether we feel powerless or effective. I benefit from the perspective of Wilfried Nelles’ life-integration process. And I follow my own perception, according to which everything human is an expression of unconscious love.
