Thank you for your interest in an open seminar at Gessner Constellations International. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By transferring your participation fee, you are legally agreeing to them.

1. Your place will only be reserved once the participation fee has been transferred to the following account:

2. The participation fee covers the seminar fee and refreshments during the seminar. Accommodation and meals are not included, and participants are responsible for arranging these themselves.

3. Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than four weeks before the event starts, you will receive a refund of your participation fee minus a 10% processing fee. For cancellations made less than two weeks before the event starts, half of the fee will be retained. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event starts, the full fee will be retained. However, if you find a replacement participant in consultation with me, you will not incur any costs.

4. If I, Thomas Gessner, should be unable to conduct the seminar/event for operational or health reasons, you will receive a full refund of your participation fee. No further claims can be made.

5. Participation in a systemic constellations seminar allows all participants to gain insights into fundamental connections in their own lives, families and other social systems. Therefore, mutual respect, mindfulness and confidentiality towards others are conditions of participation for all.

6. Systemic constellations, phenomenological constellation work and the LIP according to Nelles are not psychotherapy and cannot replace necessary medical treatment. They are carried out at the participant’s own request and are their own responsibility, with no possibility of subsequent claims.
