Constellations seminar „Being seen: Me, my life and the others“
Language: English
Content
My constellation work is based on the distinction between our relatively secure “now” and our potentially threatening ‘then’. I follow two perspectives:
Me and my life – symptoms, biography, potential
The life integration process (LIP according to Wilfried Nelles) and its applications in constellation work (e.g. symptom constellations and biographical formats) are primarily about encountering oneself. We look at what still lives within us in our present, as if it were still then (youth, childhood, womb) and not today. This process supports deep relaxation with oneself. It opens up new approaches to inner vision and thus to one’s own vitality and strength.
Me and the others – relationships, family, work
Whether family, couple relationships, supervision or organisational consulting: constellations show in a living spatial mirror what is happening internally and where a current conflict or crisis is leading us. They open our eyes to multi-generational connections beyond our own biography. Constellations reflect to all participants what wants to be ‘seen’, for example in our relationship to ourselves, to other people or to certain situations, both in our personal and professional lives.
Procedure
All participants can bring their own isssues, experience themselves as representatives or simply participate. Questions about the background and the procedure are welcome. The only requirement is respect for yourself and the other participants. Further information on constellation work, its effects and background can be found on my blog.
