07.11.-09.11.2025 Meerssen (NL): Masterclass –

Supervision with the Life Integration Process

Language: English

For whom

We welcome people who work with clients in a professional capacity, for example in constellation work and counselling, therapy and pastoral care, supervision and coaching, medicine and care, school and teaching, justice and social pedagogy, trade and services, and many other fields.

What

Supervision on professional topics and cases as well as on work-related personal concerns in a combination of open supervision and constellation seminars. Among other things, it is about the art of helping, the appropriate not-helping, one’s own limits and one’s own strength.

Further training topics

– supervision and organisational constellations from the perspective of LIP according to Nelles, – the supervisory question: where professional and personal issues meet, – the context in companies, institutions and authorities: ‘systemic’ supervision, – the phenomenological approach in case work.

How

Participants have the opportunity to bring cases, topics or questions from their professional lives to the table. In this way, they come into contact with the active systemic connections in a supervisory context. The dynamics of body and soul show where the professional touches the personal and which patterns and attitudes are at work. This often makes it clearer and easier.
